Barbecue Expo 2012: 2nd day results
The second day of the show hosted a series of master-classes represented by Primo Grills & Smokers grills and smokers manufacturer, Jamie Magazine, “Vkusno I Polezno” magazine and “Simple Wine News” magazine.
During Primo Grills & Smokers master-class Tigran Karapetyan demonstrated the features of ceramic grills that can cook different beef, chicken, pork, turkey, fish dishes, vegetable side dishes, as well as pizza and pies. The presenter cooked beef tenderloin and a pair of piglets stuffed with buckwheat in front of the visitors. The indescribably smelling dishes looked stunning!
“Vkusno I Polezno” magazine surprised the visitors with other dishes. Elena Pankratova demonstrated how to grill a sea bass in foil, and Natalia Filatova showed how to make delicious desserts on a grill.
The visitors were pleased to meet Jamie Oliver, a well-known author of popular books about tasty and healthy food, and his famous Jamie Magazine. His master-class was dedicated to steaks grilling. The meat was cooked on one of the recipes published in the magazine, on the electric grill suitable for grilling steaks at home.
“Simple Wine News” magazine attracted the visitors by delicate dishes. During one-hour seminar Alexander Bakhiev, the sushi chief of “Moloko” café, cooked 2 dishes: grilled eggplants with pesto and lamb souvlaki. The event ended with wine tasting.
